Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are separate from processing time. We currently ship worldwide; international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by the destination country, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — SAVINGTHREAD is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order hasn’t shipped after 3 business days, contact us and we’ll look into it right away.

Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with any original tags attached. To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status; approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or not as described. Because our inventory is vintage/secondhand and one-of-a-kind, we’re unable to offer exchanges — approved returns are refunded, not swapped.
